Error code F02 indicates a problem with the water supply. If it lights up on the display of the washing machine when it is first started, it means that it is connected incorrectly. If the error occurs after a series of successful washings, or the program starts, but stops after a few minutes, you need to look for problems deeper.
What to check first?
- The most obvious answer is a water tap. It may be blocked or there is no water in the system. Also check the inlet hose for bends, creases and damage;
- Reduced system pressure can also cause this error. For the operation of the Bosch washing machine you need a pressure of 2 atmospheres, and in private homes this figure is often much lower than normal;
- At the hose attachment point, a mesh is installed to clean incoming water from small debris. Over time, it may become contaminated. Disconnect the inlet hose and rinse the mesh under high pressure;
- If you are convinced that everything is fine with the feed, the electronics of the washing machine may fail. Reboot it by disconnecting it from the power supply for half an hour.
Did the steps above not help? Probably need repairs. Defects can be hidden in the valve, in the pressure switch - a sensor that checks the fluid pressure in the system and its volume in the drum, as well as a failure of the electronic module. Consult a specialist for advice and replacement of accessories.
