4. Damage to the door handle. Such a breakdown occurs extremely rarely. A broken handle must be replaced.
5. UBL broke. It happens that the lock device itself is working, but the automation does not signal to open. This may occur due to wear of the plates, burnout of the contacts or due to short circuits, malfunctions in the control module. In machines with electromechanical control, the module must be reset, with the electronic - reflash. In any case, these actions are only possible for specialists of the service center. 6. Pressostat malfunction. Water from the tank can be completely drained, but due to the fact that water level sensor supplies wrong signal, the device believes that the tank is full and does not give a signal to open.

What to do first if the washing machine does not open

If the door for the washing machine was accidentally closed, you did not forget to load any things or left something in your pockets - turn off the power to the appliance. After you hear a characteristic click, open the hatch.

If after you pulled the machine from the outlet, the door does not want to unlock, use a special cable. Just pull it and the door will open. But such a function is not present in all models.

How to unlock the door if there is water in the machine?

In many models of washing equipment, automation is designed so that the washing machine does not open while there is water in the drum. There are several ways to drain the water manually. After that, you can safely open the hatch without any problems and remove the washed items or linen from it.

First of all, try to pour water from the tank by disconnecting the drain hose from the sewer pipe. To do this, just take the drain hose and lower its end into the basin, which should be below the tank level.

If water does not flow from the drain hose, in the next step, pour water from the filter, which is located on the front panel from the bottom.

To remove and diagnose UBL, you will need to disconnect the device, shut off the water and open the door. If this does not work, you need to do this:

• Put the CM on its side.
• Climb under the bottom and, with your hand in, find the lock and move the latch.
• You can get to UBL through the top of the AGR. For this need to remove the top cover.

Now you can start dismantling.

1. Remove the manhole seal. To do this, bend the cuff and find the clamp. If it is metal - pick it up with a screwdriver, if plastic - just open the locks.

3. Pull out the lock with your hand in the inside of the door. It rests only on wires.

After that, you can begin to diagnose UBL with the help of a tester. To do this, you need to know the UBL scheme (can be found on the Internet). Without such a scheme, proper testing will fail.

• Set the multimeter to ohmmeter mode.
• Attach the probes to the contacts.
• If the display shows a 3-digit value, then the UBL is operational.

1. Connect the wires.
2. Install the part in the seat and tighten the bolts.
3. Reinstall the rubber cuff and collar.

Most often, with latches, a notch of the lever entering the hole occurs over time.

To fix problems, unscrew the hatch and lay it on a horizontal surface. After that, gently with a needle file, grind the notch. Before installation, apply grease to the treated area and wipe off excess so as not to stain laundry.

The handle is not repaired. You will need to buy a new spare part.

To remove the broken handle, remove the hatch and unscrew the screws that hold the plastic rims. Then insert the new handle and reassemble in the reverse order.

In the ideal case, it is better to replace damaged glass with a new one. But, with some effort, it can be repaired. This requires an epoxy or polyester resin.

The repair algorithm is as follows:

• Stick polyethylene to the front surface. No blockages are allowed. For best results, you can additionally use tape.
• Put reinforcing tape in the hole that requires sealing.
• Prepare the resin according to the instructions.
• Cover the hole with resin.
• After that, wait at least 1 day and remove the polyethylene, sand smudges.
